ArtSpan’s Summer Window Displays and Art Walk was introduced to build connections with the Excelsior neighborhood and community ahead of the organization’s planned move to its new permanent home at 45 Onondaga Avenue; just a block off of the Mission Street Commercial Corridor. The custom window displays highlighted the already significant presence of artists in the neighborhood and strengthened partnerships between artists, business owners, Excelsior residents, and ArtSpan. All this while visually brightening the corridor, and drawing traffic to our partnered businesses and the corridor as a whole.
