Through this installation, Ella shares with viewers the power of nature and plants to support mental well being and to promote healthy and comfortable homes. The theme of home and housing is central to her practice and she sees so much opportunity for Beija Flor to help our Excelsior communities revitalize homes and event spaces. Through bright colors and lighting, she hopes that viewers feel inspired to bring color and plantlife to their own spaces, as well as feel welcome to view the Beija Flor gallery.
